The HPMT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a kind of modern crusher with high performance.
On the basis of spring cone crusher, the HPMT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher obeys the laminated press crushing principle, and adopts the concept of “more crushing, less grinding” to increase the swing frequency, optimize the crushing cavity and adjust the stroke more reasonably.
The HPMT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is widely used in large concentrating plant, cement plant, quarry, highway construction, water conservancy project, metallurgical plant, construction industry, etc.
The HPMT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher consists of frame, support sleeve, adjustment ring, movable cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission device and safety device. Besides, there are other spare parts such as distribution disc, concave liner, mantle, bushing, protective guard, main shaft bushing, reinforcing plate, eccentric sleeve assembly, moving cone assembly and hopper.
The motor of the HPMT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher driver the transmission shaft rotating, and the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve rotating round the main shaft which is fixed.
The eccentric sleeve makes the movable cone in rotary and pendulum movement to achieve the result of continuous crushing.
